Nove is a first of its kind Italian cafe offering authentic yet casual dine-in experience situated in Banjara Hills. Translating to the number 9 in Italian; Nove represents the founders passion for authentic, simple, fresh, nutritious, locally sourced, zero waste, seasonal, low environmental impact and exceptional service.

 

The cozy 70 seater restaurant with minimal interiors that transforms into a gallery space by exhibiting art by various artists is the third restaurant entity from the house of Sensei Gourmet Pvt Ltd known for its renowned 6 year running pan asian restaurant ‘Haiku’ in Banjara Hills, Gachibowli and soon in Kokapet.

Suma Chereddi

An enterprising engineer turned entrepreneur, Suma wanted to bring an elevated dining experience to the city of Hyderabad. With her degree from JNTU and after having created a mark in the city with her all day cafe Kaficko – the group launched its most renowned and awarded pan Asian restaurant Haiku in 2016. Since then Haiku has been one of the most sought after pan asian offerings in town catering to a diverse clientele. Suma then launched Nove – The Italian Kitchen in Dec 2022 which is now touted as the best Italian standalone restaurant in Hyderabad. Nove is reinventing Italian cuisine in the city of Hyderabad with its first outpost in Banjara Hills. With two large scale restaurants for both Nove and Haiku underway in Kokapet, Hyderabad, Sensei Hospitality is always finding ways to create unparalleled dining experiences and has plans to move to other cities in the future.
